Prep for the SAT for Less than $13

This prep program is based free resources found on the web and The Official SAT Study Guide, 2nd edition.

You will need the following:

Step 1 - Download and Print this SAT practice test. Make sure to print the exam.

Step 2 - Take the test, but ask a friend or family member to proctor it. Take the exam in one sitting and don't allow one-second extra. At Hammer Prep, we use the Taylor Digital Minute/Second Timer to proctor exams.

Step 3 - Enter your answers at Collegeboard.com. It's free.

Step 4 - Do some research. Compare how your current scores compare to the average scores at schools that you'd like to attend. Here is a quick guide on how to research schools and test scores.

Step 5 - Start your prep. Use Sparknotes free SAT guide.

Step 6 - Using The Official SAT Study Guide, follow the Xigi method. He explains it here.

Make sure you find time to consistently practice each day, and you will Hammer the test. Good luck.
